What is the tenure of Work Experience you should be bringing to us 3+ years What is the salary you can expect5 to 7 lakhs What your role will entail As a Content Manager , you will understand the brand concerns and develop a communication strategy , together with your team to effectively address them. You must be a skilled storyteller and if you know you are a compulsive story - artist , it ll show when you talk , write and think. Your job will require you to have a keen sense of timelines and make sure deliveries are made within the stipulated time. You will be responsible to give wings to a fledgling team of 5 - 6 Content Writers / Interns , overlooking the quality and pace of content delivery. You will also stay in touch with your writing skills and practice them as and when situations arise. You will build an effective coordination mechanism between content writers in your team as well as with designers , account managers and , if needed , the client. You will also ensure that the content produced under your supervision is optimised to different social media platforms , including Facebook , Twitter , Instagram , Pinterest , Youtube , Vine and Blogs. What is our desired profile Command over language (written and verbal primarily English) like it was a rare - gift you were born with. We re looking at a minimum of 3 years industry experience , which includes examples of successful campaigns conducted in the past. We appreciate graduate / post - graduate degrees in arts / literature / mass communication , but that comes a distant second , if creativity is your middle name with an idea popping out of your thinking hat every other moment,
