Good Service is an exciting new Internet startup working to create an online services marketplace unlike anything that exists currently. Started by Stanford & IIMA graduates, our aim is to improve the marketplace for services currently in India by bringing transparency, honesty and quality in the services rendered and hired. At the moment we are a small team but we are eager to expand rapidly by entering new markets and cities and hiring like-minded bright and fun college graduates who are passionate about their work, committed to the idea and hungry to prove themselves and take charge. Duties and responsibilities Content Development Find local service providers & professionals across categories (like doctors, architects, interior designers, event managers, grocers, etc.) in a given area. Analyze an industry or service type and understand the challenges faced by vendors and users. Review service providers (vendors) past work; classify and rate them. Operations/ Business Development Initiate and mediate transactions between vendors and customers. Manage end-to-end customer interactions. Manage Live-Chats/Calls. Constantly update, track and report progress to the City Manager. Qualifications & Experience Graduate (any specialisation) or post-graduate (any specialisation). Freshers can also apply. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi). Good at answering phone calls and writing replies to emails.Salary 3 Lac To 8 Lac P.A.
