Quality monitoring of portfolioDeferral & Credit mate CovenantsPending and overdue Documents,Insurance property & StockStock Audit > INR 50 Mio.Stock & Book Debt statement > 50 mioAstar- AR3,AR4,AR5NPA reportingExcess & Past due Managements,2. Risk ManagementEnsure all processes are followed as per Policies and procedures laid down and ensure that there are no operating losses/ Frauds.Day-to-day monitoring of MIS and control of the relationships i.e. accesses, deferrals, past dues overdue reviews etc.Adopt Early Warning System to strengthen risk monitoringAssist with co-management of stressed accounts with Collection to reduce impairments and strengthen recovery effort3.
