Job Description

    Key Responsibilities.
    • Act as theprimary point of contactfor all customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related queries.
    • Manage and respond to customer interactions across multiple channels includingInstagram DMs,brand email,WhatsApp, andphone calls.
    • Resolve order-related issues such as shipping delays, returns, product queries, and payment concern promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues raised, and resolutions provided.
    • Coordinate with internal teams: logistics, warehouse, product, and marketing, to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.
    • Track recurring complaints or feedback and share actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure consistent adherence to our brands tone of voice, service quality, and brand values in all interactions.
    • Provide proactive customer support during major campaigns, sales periods, and new launches.
    • Assist in building customer retention workflows and improving overall CRM processes.
    • Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience, communication efficiency, and service automation.
