Job Description

    Support Customer Management teams with non-client facing administrative activities
    • Deliver scheduled and ad-hoc data reports
    • Create custom reports related to clients travel activity including spend analysis, variation, and trends
    • Produce Business Review decks
    • Assist with data gathering and co-ordination activities across APAC markets
    • Raise support tickets on the customer manager s behalf and follow up with support teams through to completion
    • Use knowledge of CWT s products and services to triage support requests and direct them to the correct support team.
    Maintain documentation
    • Create and maintain a library of documents and templates
