Our Customer Service teams are dedicated to understanding each customers needs and then doing absolutely whatever it takes to help them. You will be a good listener, patient and kind by nature, with a real desire to help others. Problem solving skills will be supported by your accuracy and attention to detail. Previous Call Centre experience isnt essential although it will help if you have enjoyed a role with direct customer contact, and are comfortable working in a fast - moving, technologically advanced environment.
