Resolving customers queries, service concerns, and complaints while determining the cause of the problem and providing them with the best possible/available solutions, and focusing on customer retention. Responding to customers queries and concerns within a defined TAT and providing them with resolutions for the same. Work closely with members of other teams to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers; Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication; Managing all customers efficiently using the in-house Customer Management Tool (CRM); Follow the customer onboarding journey as per the defined process and suggest improvements basis your experience. Maintaining quality customer service by following the standards set by the organization and increasing brand awareness through customer interaction. Logging all the customer issues in Task manager and regularly following up with concerned team members to resolve and close the open task,
