Job Description

    You will be responsible for supporting the growth team in driving user acquisition, retention and revenue growth for our platform.To be right for this role, you should have experience with data analysis and be able to work with a variety of stakeholders to identify and support growth opportunities.What you will do:
    • Support the growth team with experiment design and analysis/uplift modeling.
    • Track and analyze key metrics such as installs, active users and retention
    • Identify patterns between metrics (leading /lagging indicators) and assess the impact of input-to-output metrics.
    • Help the growth team prioritize growth initiatives and optimize overall strategy
    • Measure user lifetime value and build LTV predictive models
    • Predict customer churn propensity and support the CRM team in designing effective churn prevention campaigns by analyzing the user pain points
    • Score users based on their contribution to the growth and sustainability of Feeld s micro-networks
    About you:
    • Very good theoretical and applied knowledge of statistical methods like linear/logistic regression, hypothesis testing, and decision trees/random forests.
    • Familiarity with causal inference.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
    • Strong experience with SQL, Python, Excel and data visualization tools (we use Holistics but if you ve used Looker, Power BI or similar that s great!).
    • 2+ years of experience working with data or growth/marketing analytics teams.
    • Commercially savvy, with an eye for marketing spend optimization opportunities and an understanding of the true ROI of marketing spend in both the short- and long-term.
    Bonus points:
    • Experience in the dating industry is a plus.
    • Experience in a marketplace consumer app is a plus.
