Within IPS Operations Support Team we deliver a wide range of services supporting the IPS Operational Processes across business Globally and Geo specific needs. Among these activities we provide: Alliance Operations Support Platform Reporting MD&I Operations Support PMO and sales support The Data & Analytics team will provide support to IPS to assess business related metrics with insights, pov, commentary or recommendations as a result of the analysis of data. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Provide data and analytics support for IPS and Alliance Leads and their team for their business related metrics, such as pipeline, opportunity pipeline management, sales, revenue, among others. Act as a key contact for IPS and Alliance Leads. Understand requirements and needs and be able to help them achieve their plans and objectives. Provide insights on the business performance of alliances products and be able to produce ad-hoc reports according to the business needs. Use and/or create MMS/PowerBI/QlikView views/dashboards for data visualization Help in the reports transition process from Oracle to central team. Excellent communication, presentation skills, can do attitude, innovative spirit and dynamism are key components for the position Knowledge and Skill Requirements Excellent oral and written communications skills in English language Project and team management knowledge Problem solving and root cause analysis Versatility to work on different initiatives simultaneously Detail oriented. Accuracy and attention to details are highly appreciated. Complex Data analysis is required. Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook and Teams) Knowledge of Data Visualization tools (PowerBI, QlikView) is a plus Understanding of basic finance concepts for a services company Understanding of Accenture business processes and tools is a plus.
