Job Description

    Marketing + Communications professionals build a powerful and differentiated global brand at the corporate, industry, capability and geographic levels that supports the Accenture strategy; enhances long-term client relationships; inspires employees and candidates; and drives profitable revenue growth. Associate Manager, Data Science will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders in various cross functional teams in delivering value to our clients. Working independently with the various data sources, the incumbent will solve business problems analytically, provide actionable insights, and develop data science solutions. We are looking for candidates who have a broad set of technical skills and project management experience across data science and analytics fields and who can demonstrate an ability to design, execute and deliver actionable insights and solutions for our clients. Analyze digital marketing and sales data and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders using advanced SQL queries, data visualization, machine learning and/or text analytics techniques. Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions to innovate marketing operations collaborating with cross-functional teams. Manage own projects proactively with minimal supervision to ensure timely and accurate delivery of work products while ensuring customer satisfaction. Understand the business requirements and challenges and strive to develop innovative and value-added solutions to improve marketing process. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and proper use of all data sources to meet data quality and confidentiality standards. Communicate analytical models and insights to business stakeholders using non-technical terms. Stay current on marketing analytics methods, data science breakthroughs, and hands-on programming and analytical skills. Education BS in data science, computer science or a related quantitative field is required. MS or PhD is preferred Skills At least 5 years of experience in data analytics with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in statistical analysis, machine learning and natural language processing. Strong coding skills in SQL and python is required. Skills in R is desired. Data visualization skills using PowerBI, QlikSense or Tableau is required. Marketing analytics skills such as web analytics, social media analytics, customer analytics and paid media analytics is strongly desired. Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Salesforce or Snowflake is desired. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills and experience leading projects in cross functional teams are desired.,
