Works with Supervisor in the preparation and management of the Department s budget.Maintain updated and accurate costing and documentation of all dishes prepared and sold in the food and beverage operations.Assists with the preparation, presentation, decoration and storage of the dishes.Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.Preparing, presenting, storing and serving a selection of dishes.Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers.Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information. Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.Maintain procedures to ensure the security and proper storage of food and beverage products, inventory and equipment. Replenish supplies in a timely manner and minimize waste and pilferage.What we need from youThis is the kitchen job in a full-service hotel which may include direct supervision of Tradesman / Handyman / Boiler Attendant. The Key Metrics is completion of assigned tasks and projects and cost savings measures.
