Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are looking forDeputy Delivery Hub Manager / Operations for one E-Commerce (FMCG related) company for Delhi location.The Deputy delivery hub manager is responsible for overseeing andoptimizing the operations of the delivery hub.He will ensure efficientprocesses, problem-solving, inventory control, and accuracy, while managinga team andbuilding strong relationships with internal and externalstakeholders.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Utilize process knowledge and problem-solving skills to improve overalldelivery hub operations.
    • Identify and address errors or issues in the receiving process, includingwrong GRN identification.
    • Control in-store inventory shrinkage i.e. shortage, damages, expiry tominimize losses.
    • Improve the put-away efficiency and productivity with zero errors.
    • Ensure inventory accuracy and implement effective inventory controlmeasures i.e. elimination of inbound and picking errors to ensure zerophysical v/s system mismatch.
    • Control picking errors, such as missing items, wrong items, or damages.
    • Simulate planned versus actual volumes to ensure optimum utilizationof resources.
    • Ensuring the availability of delivery partners based on projectionnumbers at the delivery hub and keeping them motivated during theoperations.
    • Monitor and optimize last mile metrics, including OPH (Order per hour),CPO (Cost per order) in order to achieve the desired planned numbers.
