Purpose of the Position - The position of Deputy Manager Admin & HR Factory is to ensure that department procedures are followed at all levels and all factory statutory compliances are met. Person requires to handle and guide the team for day to day related work. Job Responsibility :- Administration:- 1- To ensure that all files and records of administration section are maintained. 2- To ensure timely reimbursement of Mobile Bills. 3- To perform periodic inspection of Guest House. 4- To supervise and monitor Security and Housekeeping management of factory premises. 5- To ensure optimum utilization of all company vehicles. 6- To ensure that vehicle fuel records are checked and maintained. 7- To ensure that front office activities are handled smoothly. 8- To ensure that all incoming and outgoing DAKs are handled promptly. 9- To ensure smooth working of department as per approved procedures. 10- To monitor in-out movement of all employees. 11- To ensure that all CCTV cameras are working properly, recording is done and monitored. 12- To ensure that pest control activities are done as per defined period. 13- To ensure at all bio-hazardous material is handed over to authorized vendor as per approved procedure. 14- To monitor visitor movement inside factory premises. 15- To monitor first Aid Activities as per established procedure. 16- To ensure that all fire extinguishers (Cylinders) are in working condition and ensure that all established procedures are followed for maintaining the fire extinguisher. HR Factory:- 1- To ensure that daily workers attendance is downloaded and submitted to time office. 2- To ensure that workers salary, expenses and full final settlement records are maintained. 3- To maintain all manpower contractors record 4- To maintain Factory Act (1948) Returns record 5- To ensure that Housekeeping is done and records are maintained. 6- To ensure that leave record of all workers is maintained. 7- To ensure that personnel hygiene is maintained by all employees and records of verification are maintained. 8- To ensure that all statutory compliances related to Factory Act & Contract Labour are fulfilled and maintained. 9- To ensure that coordination is done with officials for Inspections. 10- To ensure that all activities are performed as per approved procedures. 11- Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager. The Job Responsibilities may be reviewed/added as per company requirements from time to time.
