Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Design and Develop Electronic Modules of Standard 12 volts Automotive Low voltage Electronic Modules to use in Electric Vehicles and their, integration with Electric Vehicles/ Car EE Architecture.2. To ensure Continuous technological improvements in the developing Electronic Modules and deliver the quality product s to the Car Platforms and help MREVA to maintain its leadership position in EV Market.a) Complex Circuit design, analysis, development and trouble shooting(Board/Vehicle level) b) Hardware Electronics Design Verification, Electrical and EMI/EMC Validation and Testing c) High/Low Level Design, Oblique review, Hardware Problem Debugging c) Preparation of SoR, Design Release Documents d) Development of 12V Embedded Electronic Modules e) Design & Product Verification after Integration to the EV Platform and resolve if any issuesGeneral Requirement:1. Failures/ Issues capturing in functional deliverables & interfacing areas 2. Parts and subsystem Integration 3. Vehicle level Problem solving 4. Smooth transition of developed product from R&D to Manufacturing team. 5. Expertise in DVVP Preparation, DFMEA, Design Release Documents, FRACAS Areas 6. Handling CFTs and Team MangementFunctional Competencies:1. Should have Strong knowledge and hands on experience in developing 12 volts EE parts used in Automotive for various Aggregates like - Body Electronics, Safety Electronics, EE Architecture, connection systems, Sensors, Connectors, Diagnostics.2. Must have executed few car platform programs working with OEM & Tier-1, and engaged as component engineer, Packaging, Systems Integrator for critical part/ subsystem, testing, EMI/ EMC compliances & solution finding, validation . both at part and vehicle level.3. Should have worked atleast one ISO 26262 Compliant Automotive Project4. Worked with cross functional teams viz., Software Systems, Mechanical, Quality & Validation, Test & Homologation Teams and successfully delivering projects to EV platforms5. Ability to define and implement innovative solutions and applications in EV Modules domain by executing multiple programs with Suppliers and cross functional teams.6. Expertise in Automotive embeded Software/Firmware (development and life cycle management) and applications; exposure of energy management systems, battery management, powertain parts shall be advantage.7. Expertise in mixed signal electronics (low & high voltage systems), EMI/ EMC and detailed assessments of parts/ subsystems through tests (HW/ SW/ SYSTEM) at Tier-1 and in-house.8. Experience with high end automotive electronics test equipments will be an advantage.9.Exposure of latest technologies and 12 volts automotive parts offered globally by various Tier-1 manufacturers and suppliers.Experience4-6 years, BE (Electronics/Computer Science)Industry PreferredQualificationsB.E / B.
