Role Profile Job Title Deputy Manager Department Logistic Knowledge and skill set Strong Knowledge of Ms Office Package particularly in advance Ms Excel and Ms Power Point, Strong Data Analytical Skill, Excellent interpersonal and communication Skill. Good Exposure to SAP System. Role Objective Assessing the performance of the transporter/ vendors on the basis of organizational criteria. To carry out review of freight on regular basis and propose rationalisation where opportunity exists. Compare freight in line with industry standard, analyze the difference in cost and propose best alternatives for cost optimization. Analyze and monitor Order Execution Time (OET) for priority markets. Preparation of Daily, weekly and monthly MIS to review and understand the details of facts and figures. Monitoring and Analyses of GPS data of the vehicles and take corrective actions to avoid unplanned activities. Identify best suitable transporter to deploy to ensure timely delivery of the material at planned destination. Coordination with Plant and Regional Sales Office to ensure ease while extending logistic support. Education B.E.
