Preparation and filing of Corporate Tax Returns for corporate clients both domestic and foreign companies. Assistance in rendering tax advisory services on various issues with good working knowledge of Domestic tax law i.e. Income Tax Act and International taxation involving interpretation of tax treaties, withholding tax obligations etc. Assisted in handling assessment/ reassessment proceedings including preparation of written submissions and representation before various income tax authorities. Assisted in handling DRP and appellate proceedings including drafting submissions, research and representation before DRP and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals). Assisted in appellate proceedings before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in drafting submissions, research and assisting seniors in briefing counsels and representing the matter.
