Job Description

  1. Responsible for the vehicle integration and design collaboration.
  2. Knowledge of frame and sub-systems, assembly tools of UG, physical vehicle assembly process
  3. DMU and gap study of plastic, electrical, chassis, frame and engine related parts.
  4. Packaging study of new features.
  5. Knowledge and checking of basic vehicle regulations.
  6. Basic knowledge of DFM, DFA and DFS.
  7. Ability to coordinate with CAE and validation team to finalize the design
  8. Coordinate with costing team for controlling the product cost through design optimization of weight and material.
  9. Knowledge of vehicle geometry and basic parameters such as wheel base, castor angle and steering angle.
  10. Knowledge of CMVR & Homologation for two wheelers.
  11. Facilitating development of concept parts/ modifications of existing components and generating samples for new technology, VAVE.
  12. Eliminating redundant / obsolete processes involved in the development processes
