The responsibility of the role is to ensure that all the components of the supply chain, from the manufacturer to the consumer, are working together efficiently and effectively. The role involves coordinating with various teams, including logistics, last-mile delivery, hyperlocal delivery, transshipment, cash collection, document collection, and survey and data collection.Qualifications Bachelors degree or. higher from an accredited institution or 1 years of relevant experience. Experience in Operations/Fulfilment Management. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Highly motivated individual with excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and work environments Ready to work for long hours/weekend.
