Job Description

    • Strong management and leadership experience. Desire to mentor and coach design professionals to their highest potential
    • Strong communication skills. A willingness to adopt Smart Brevity and work with a variety of diverse stakeholders with different perspectives
    • Experience in fast-growth, dynamic startup environments
    • Deep expertise in product design & UX. Other design skills areas a plus
    • Demonstrated thought leadership on design principles and design systems
    • Strong sense of collaboration, particularly with engineering partners
