Job Description

*job location : okhla - delhi/ laxminagar - delhi*Job Summary :-

  • Counseling prospective students and guiding them about the different distance online courses offered.
  • Counseling through Data Calling, Chat.
  • Manage enrollment process.
  • Invite the students to the free career counseling seminars.
  • Make follow-up calls on leads.
  • Guide candidates according to their career growth.
  • Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
  • Collect the feedback from the participants and consolidate the same.
  • Handling queries over telephone.
  • Have to coordinate with students for batch schedule, fees structure, etc.
  • Calling on given leads.
  • Converting leads into admissions.
  • Maintain the MIS of students enquiry.
  • Lead Generation (Voice Process)
  • Maintain the student satisfaction & relationship.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly admission target.
  • Have to explain about digital marketing, SEO, SMO, Google analytics, AdWords to students in Face to face enquiry.
