Job Description

We are looking forPosition - Digital Marketing ManagerLocation - DelhiExp - Min 3 yrsCompany- Leading Online gaming giantRole -Plan and execute campaigns across the spectrum of digital marketing; including SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display & video campaigns, affiliates Experience in app install campaignsIdentifying trends in data and creating audience with logic Build audiences and launch campaigns based on the plans Coming up with innovative ways to run paid campaigns Monitor the campaigns and have an agile outlook to make them workConduct A/B tests on creatives and ad copies and clearly establish the outliers Driving awareness, demand, and acquisition through social media marketing channels Optimize against key metrics including CTR, revenue lift, ROI, CPA and conversions Analyze and report on performance metrics and set up test plans to improve the campaign performanceStrong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Work towards month on month increment while maintain the channel efficiency. Work with content writers to develop compelling messaging across platforms. Work with designers to ideate and develop relevant creative to increase the CTRnumbers.Building experiments and tests basis hypothesis (creative, audience and content) Manage Facebook Ad Account and Google ad account Analyse the reports and translate them into meaningful insights for the stakeholders Provide Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to internal and external stakeholders PERFORMANCE MEASURES Registrations on app (soft KPI of deposits on app) Cost per Registration & Cost per AcquisitioUser Engagement on app Social Media EngagementExperience in creating & managing multi-channel app install campaigns is preferred Strong analytical background and direct experience in digital marketing Have in - depth knowledge of Facebook ads platform, Google ads platform and be a hands - on marketer having large scale -campaigns including A / B testing ads.
