Job Description

    BE Chemical with 7 plus exp into any Fertilizer/Agrochemical mfg co. Experience in handling the operations of phosphoric acid plant in shifts (hemi or di hydrate or HDH process), Rock phosphate grinding system, Phosphoric acid evaporators/ concentrators systems, Effluent Treatment Plant and other phosphoric acid associated activities like gypsum handling, storage tank area handling, tankers handling, phosphate rock handling etc. 2. Should have knowledge about the safety systems, work permit systems, environment management system etc. Maintain all the system as per the guidelines 3. Should have knowledge about systems like 5S, TQM, OSHAS, ISO14001 etc. ISO 45000 4. Should have experience in handling the team of operating crew and guiding them in troubleshooting of Phosphoric Plant(s) operations 5. Plan, direct and coordinate with maintenance departments and with other plants to execute the jobs in the shift and to achieve the production as per the target. 6. Should ensure the loading / unloading of phosphoric acid to/from other units and handles the tankers independently in the shift. Should handle the rock feeding and rock phosphate grinding units. 7. Should maintain the quality parameters of weak phosphoric acid, strong phosphoric acid, gypsum, and special gypsum produced in the plant. 8. Should maintain the specific consumption of water, steam, and other chemicals within the norms. 9. Should be familiar with production report preparations. 10. Should report plant data time to time as per the direction of reporting manager/section head.
