Job Requirements Production Procurement planning, coordinating with central procurement and follow-ups with vendors to reduce the lead time and improve connectivity. Quality control on shop floor to reduce market complaints concerns. Handling of Equipment maintenance PMS of plant machinery. Time motion study and value stream mapping for manpower management wrt cost. Maintaining HACCP ISO 22000:2005 standards within facility. Cost control by monitoring controlling of material variance, product Yield Plant utilization. Coordinating with CQA and NPD team for new products Process development and optimization. Handling Customer complaints minimizing the concerns through implementation of CAPA. Trainings to the CMU team for continuous improvements in the process. Preparation of DOR, PQRS and PQI reports and their trend analysis. Analyzing warehouse space and implementing new kaizens for maximum space utilization and smooth operations. Monitoring of dispatch operation, improving on logistics and cost savings in terms of retention time. Manpower management wrt cost. Handling of MOR, FSMS NSF international audits. Monitoring Supply chain issues, closing the gaps observed within the supply chain and coordinating with Operations team for smooth operations. New vendor development for local purchase of products, coordinating with the existing vendors for OTIF supplies and focusing on quality improvements.
