Job Description

Requirement for growing Online sales of Dream Care: Ecommerce ExecutiveCompany Profile:Established in 1999, Dream Care is operating for more than a decade now. Consequently, it is the acknowledged trendsetter in home furnishing products with plenty of variants, product innovation and maintenance of standards.Ecommerce ExecutiveWe need smart, computer savvy, organized people to sell our products online at all online portals.Job Type:Full-timeLocation:DelhiSalary: From 18K to 25K. (Along with the salary, every quarter you will be paid commissions based on the sales that you are able to generate.)Qualification:

    • MBA or BBA or equivalent bachelor or post graduate degree.
    • Great management skills - making lists, noting down all points, communicating clearly.
    • Great tracking & recording skills.
    • Amazing skills with modern tools like Excel, Google Docs, internet search etc.
    • Some Knowledge of photo editing tools like Photoshop.
    • Decent English language skills.
    • Good to haves: Some experience in e-commerce.
    • Create product listings on sites like flipkart, snapdeal, eBay, shopclues, paytm, ama ,zon etc. as well as our own e-commerce site.
    • Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and snazzy formulae.
    • Communicate with courier companies and customers to make sure the products reach the customers.
    • Coordinate with production department to make sure we have up to date inventory.
    • Address customer complaints on phone and email.
    • Coordinate with people at online portals for deals & promotions.
    • Ensure that all the products are listed correctly on all channels.
    • Coordinate with operators (order processing) on daily basis.
    • Managing daily online dispatches.
    • Reconciling payments from all channels. (reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis).
    • Generate more and more sales.
    • Have fun while doing all this hard work.
