JD for Trainer:Creating and managing the content of curriculum Creating syllabus planners of each month for all levels Designing the weekly planners for all levels Suggesting teaching & learning material lists for the weekly planners Extracting suggested video links from various sources Drafting the curriculum workbooks of all levels Guiding the designers for workbook creation Reviewing, giving feedback and doing proof-read for Curriculum worksheets Designing, revision and assessment of worksheets for all levels Creating parents Hand outs for all levels Visiting various schools/centers for imparting teacher trainings for our products Preparing the training reports Going for Classroom observations Preparing classroom observation reports Developing and revising the sales documents for the sales team Monitoring and ensuring the periodic delivery of the desired content to schools/Centers Coordinating with the pre-primary coordinators/center managers Getting collaterals designed by the designing team Sending collaterals to schools/centers Researching the latest pre-primary trends for schools/centers Collating feedback from schools/centers for desired updating in the curriculum Command over verbal and written skills. Great hold over the English language Bachelors/Masters degree in English, Minimum 5 years of experience required in teaching or trainer. Preferably experience of pre-primary trainer. Comfortable with Pan India Travelling
