    Position Summary with Job ResponsibilitiesPurpose of the position To track, analyze & report the overall engine project status and progress in terms of milestone achievement, ESO readiness & completion. Responsible for Project deliveries with adherence to the NPI & other set processes within ERC - PSE for all projects/platforms Responsible for Cost, quality, and delivery of Engine projects. EducationWork ExperienceKey Responsibilities: Powertrain Program management : Responsible for collation of information cutting across the quality, sourcing, vehicle development departments for tracking and monitoring the deliverables for each gateway of Product development, on time for Engine/Transmission aggregate. Own and responsible for Powertrain Programme within base Engine team and follow product development process. Integration of engine and vehicle project timing plan. Compile, monitor, and control engine Programme for timeline, quality. Also includes contribution in annual product planning process for assigned aggregates and contribution in annual budget management process for Capital and Revenue Budgets. Generation and maintenance of all documents related to milestones and gateways on the assigned aggregate. It will involve assistance for the preparation of review documents for the gateway & governance reviews.
