Job Description

Excellent opportunity as an Estate Manager from a well reputed & established CBSE affiliated School located at North Delhi.(Near Ashok Vihar)Position: Estate Manager (Male)Remuneration:upto 6 Lac PAAge: Between 35-45 YearsTimings: 7 AM - 5.00 PMExperience: Minimum 10 Years.(Prior school Experience is mandatory)Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of school campus.
  • Developing organizational policies.
  • Handling of maintenance, housekeeping, security & transportation.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Disbursing funds to managers.
  • Managing administrative budgets.
  • Hiring and training administrative staff.
