Within the evaluation department, the evaluator responsible for fragrance development, project management, prioritization of projects, and maintenance of the fragrance library and anticipation of customer needs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for submitting day agenda for approval of final evaluations scheduled by HoD
Receive and review all fragrances projects
Determine appropriateness of existing library fragrances
Work with perfumers to set fragrance direction and help develop fragrance according to customer and market standards
Coordinate samples to be evaluated for fragrance review with Lab Manager and Applications
Responsible for compiling fragrance descriptions for submissions as requested by the customer and/or sales
Work closely with Marketing to understand trends, new products and new product meetings
Responsible for effective review of stability samples
Organize and maintains a library of all fragrances developed
Assist Sales and Marketing in developing new fragrances for accounts and presentations

Qualifications:

University completed, not restricted to any domain of study
3-5 years experience in Fragrance House
Must have knowledge of competitive market by category and odor types
Must be familiar with fragrance DNA of all major customers
Must have knowledge of evaluation protocols
Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies and science based research
Team Oriented with strong communication skill
Dynamic with strong ability to multi-task, organize & prioritize to handle many projects, sample requests, emails
Reliability to ensure completion of all assignments and projects on time
Customer Presentation Skills; Strong Computer / Pack Office Proficiency
