Assists in the planning and execution of Purple waves presence at industry trades shows, customer/ dealer events, corporate meetings and travel with support for marketing projects.General Responsibilities Work with the Marketing Manager to oversee Purple waves exhibit house to keep booth properties stored, maintained and ready for deployment, supervise logistics for tradeshows, events nationally. Work with the marketing team to plan and execute logistics, rentals and labor for the installation and dismantle of regional tradeshow exhibits and dealer/ corporate events. Coordinate payment and reconciliation of post- show invoices. Assist in the planning and execution of all special events, including Purple wave annual conference Assist with tradeshow management across departments ensuring consistency and collaboration while following established guidelines, processes and tools. Work with the marketing team to qualify trade show opportunities and appropriately budget for upcoming shows and events. Maintain and enhance knowledge of tradeshow and event industry trends and best in class practices as related to responsibilities. Coordinate travel arrangements and registration for customers speaking at trade shows, webinars and events.,
