Independently can handle Secretarial activities , Directors Schedule , Travelling , Hotel Booking , Mail Drafting , Dictation , Guest handling , Agreements drafting , Typing , Reception handling. Responsible for maintaining and implementing systems of the organization as per direction of management. Handled the tasks of supervising and maintaining financial transactions of the organization. Manage all client interaction and communication , should front end the relationship with the client if required. Coach & mentor Team lead so that they are able to manage their teams better.
