Job Description

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Coordinator to join our team.The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, possess excellent communication skills, anddemonstrate a strong sense of ownership. The Executive Coordinator will play a pivotal role insupporting the administration team and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-dayoperations.Role & Responsibilities Assist in coordinating multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines. Track project milestones and prepare progress reports for management and other stakeholders per the existing compliance practices. Coordinate with partner organisations to promptly address any issues or challenges during the project life cycle. Assist grantee organisations by gathering relevant information (by telephone, or email) and putting together Grant Request forms and proposals. Draft, revise, and scrutinize documents, reports, and presentations as required. Provide. essential support to the team during the disbursement of grants. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of key documents, contacts, and project-related information. Create suitable templates for monitoring projects and other documentation purposes.Requirements Graduate with 1-2 years of experience, self-driven, proactive, and passionate to work for social causes. Previous experience in an NGO or similar organisation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Quick learner, able to work with minimum supervision. Adept at creating reports and presentations. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and adept at using computers for various tasks. Flexible to work during US time zones,
