Job Description

    Our client is a leading technology company with digital forensic solutions for law enforcement to help fight crime. They are looking for a Technical Engineer, with technical background to support customers and sales processes. The position also includes managing pilots and on-going customer relations. The position calls for extensive travel through the region.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage Customer Workshops / Webinars / equipment demos Give some guidance to the other team memberManaging RFXsCreating BOM and proposalsTechnical Guru to Sales ManagersParticipating in trade showsEngaging R&D and product managementBuilding and maintaining strong and close relations with customers by performing weekly / monthly calls and follow upsEnsuring acceptable product installationsSupporting end-user trials when required (including traveling abroad)Providing support for internal issues raised by co-workersProposing and demonstrating companys products as requiredKey Requirements:Graduated of Engineering and/or IT courses; Knowledge in Hardware products and Solutions;Excellent knowledge of network communications and internet protocols;Excellent Written and Verbal Communication SkillsProject Management ExperiencePro-activity is a must.Preferred Qualifications:Technical background on telecommunications, mobile devices and/or IT security is a plus;Strong collaboration and communication skills, leadership, organization, and the ability to work well in teamsStrong analytical skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving approachKnowledge of scoping customer requirements and relating them to solutionSalary: Excellent salary + incentives,
