Job Description

Director - Cyber Security (Only from Big4 experience will be considered) The opportunity:EY is looking for a Cyber Security Director who will be responsible for project delivery, team management, client relationship management and business development support in the Cyber and Information Security domain for Government and Public Sector clients.Your key responsibilities- Oversee the quality of engagements including the technical execution and the quality of the deliverables for the engagements- Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds- Responsible for the development of the team by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members- Collaborates with practice, industry and other firm leaders to develop market facing initiatives that drive the firms strategy- Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledgeTo qualify for the role you must have:- Any post graduate degree with BE/B.Tech experience in GOV/Public sector- Cyber Secuirty Gov + MSSP (SOC) and VM (VAPT). GPS experience and Global MENA exp is plus- Minimum 12+ years of information security experience (client serving candidates preferred)- Should possess at least one of the following certifications CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP/OSCE or any other industry accredited security certificationsIdeally youll also have- Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills - Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.,
