The brief requirement of profile is as under:- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Post graduate in economics/ MBA (Finance) with overall experience of 5-7 years in the area of Public Finance Management in government advisory.- Experience of Financial and Commercial due diligence including Financial Management Assessment, review and approval of cost estimates, review and assessment of financial viability of projects and sustainability of the projects and recommendation for fund disbursement to implementing partners, financial analysis of UCs submitted by implementing partners, - Prior experience of working in PMU set up in Government project - Experience in design and development of audit systems, IT audit, Business Process Reengineering , Writing of Audit Manuals/ Standard Operating Procedures (SoP), Developing and Delivering training programs would be added advantage- Experience in public financial management reforms at state government level and/or local government levels would be added advantage- Excellent report writing skills and presentation skills - Multiple Stakeholder management experience in Government Setup and ability to work with senior government officials, lead assignments involving diverse project teams and to work with minimal supervision, - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point)- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and team working skills,
