Job Description

    Job Title: Field Sales Officer Company: Fiserv Industry: Financial Technology (FinTech) Location(s): Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Fresher / ExperiencedFiserv is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officers to promote and sell our EDC / POS (Card Swiping Machine) products. As part of our frontline sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, onboarding them to our platform, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
    • Promote and sell EDC / POS (Card Swiping) machines to merchants, retailers, and business owners.
    • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and references.
    • Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to clients.
    • Complete merchant onboarding and documentation as per compliance guidelines.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Submit daily sales reports to the reporting manager.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduates preferred.
    • Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
    • Age Limit: 18 years and 40 years (max)
    • Other Requirements:
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills
      • Willingness to work in the field
      • Basic understanding of POS/EDC machines (preferred)
    Compensation & Benefits:
    • Salary: Up to 23,000 in-hand
