Purpose: - This position involves undertaking the Installation, Service, Maintenance & Field upgrades of theThermo Fisher product portfolio of Life Sciences Solution division with an objective to keep allthe instruments operational as per technical specification and to achieve customer satisfaction.Share experience and best practice of product services and applications with colleagues.Accurately document field service activities, including installation report and service workreport, and timely submit through the required system. Contribute to knowledge base to allow continued improvement of work efficiency and effectiveness.Role & Responsibilities o Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment. Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications/upgrades.o Maintaining service tools and calibration kits.o Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-upo Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issueso Identifying and participating in service sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and qualification products.o Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.Candidate Requirement:Educationo Bachelor s degree in Engineering in Electronics / E&C /Instrumentation /BiomedicalExperience levelso Up to 3 years of service support experience on laboratory equipments.Skillso Candidate Technically competent and should have skills set to handle products and customerso Good Communication skills,o should have hands-on experience on laboratory equipments.Apply Now,
