Job Title: FIF EMEA Middle OfficeFails Management for Trading and Sales desk Monitor excess positions held in Clearstream and Euroclear accounts. Timely pre-matching trades / resolution of any issues and discrepancies Liaising with Front office trading / sales and external clients Depot management ensuring that all Triparty obligations are sufficiently collateralised. Stock realignments Stock and cash reconciliations Monitoring of credit line usage across Clearstream and Euroclear. Uphold the controls and procedures for the team Project work to improve efficiencies and work flowsSpecific Applications that will be utilized: I-Repo Fiss Intellimatch Euclid / Creation online / Bony Access Edge MS applications (includes Excel, Word, and Access)What we re looking for:Degree Educated with experience in a Fixed Income / Operational environment. Knowledge of Fixed Income Financing (Repo) markets preferred (US Treasuries, AGY, MBS, EM and Credit assets) Experience gained in High Volume House and client service environment. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills an advantage Flexible and professional under pressure Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent verbal and written skills.
