Job Description

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 7 + years of experience in FileNet Administration
  • Experience in design and implement various backup and recovery strategies on heterogeneous environments. Recovery of database with no or minimal data loss
  • Ability to independently tune databases to extract the best performance including memory, OS and SQL tuning. Ability to analyze the stats pack report and rectify the bottlenecks expertly with a minimum downtime
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Management and High Availability, Solve problems Replication Performance issues and Clustering Performance issues
  • Validated expertise to meet required levels of service, ensure that senior IT management is correctly advised on how to match capacity is optimized
  • Proficient in forecasting future capacity requirements based upon business plans, usage trends, sizing of new services, etc. Analysis of usage and performance data, and reporting on performance against targets contained in SLAs

  • Extensive know-how of Net Architecture and experience in implementing advanced

  • Proven experience in FileNet installation and upgradation projects from 5.1 to 5.2 and 5.5.x
  • Patching and Upgrade FileNet components performance Tuning FileNet
  • Proven experience in ICN desktop configuration and Customization setup
