Job Description

    Responsibilities includes planning, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, month and quarter close support, actuals and variance analysis, executive meeting support material, supporting global compliance. Key Responsibilities: (Bullet Points) Assist with plan and periodic forecast exercise, leadership review workings and submission. In-depth understanding and experience of NCC plan tool & finance templates for forecast submission. Strong hold on BR, functional financials, and SAP structure. In-depth understanding and experience on global standard pre-close reports etc. Good understanding of various cost components of cost to serve, net cost etc. Develop, review, and analyze monthly financial results and understand variances to forecast including identify issues that require further action and provide solutions & business commentary for variance. Periodic flash reports to stakeholders. Assist with preparation of business review decks as required. Global compliance reports such as Sarbox etc. Manage month, quarter, year close activities such as accruals, accrual reversals, re-accruals, charge-out, true-ups, pre-close detailed analysis of GL etc. PR approval. Collaborate & co-ordinate with function leads & cross functional teams. Identify and assist in executing continuous improvement opportunities. Undertake special projects as required. Education Qualification: C.A. / MBA Finance (4-6 years relevant experience) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience preferred Skill Requirements: (Bullet Points) Business insights and agile business partner. Automation / process enhancements. Ability to perform under pressure and work well in a team. Critical thinking, delivery excellence, effective communication, and change management.
