Filing documents , making photocopies and send and receive mail Making business travel arrangements and hotel reservations for staff and management Upkeep of office administrative facilities and pantry management Manage repair , maintenance replacement of office equipments , Cost control , furniture , furnishings , vehicles , building Must be both an excellent communicator and strong administrator. She also must comfortably interact with individuals of all professional levels.
