Capable of writing advancedJavaScript without the comfort of plug and play pluginsFamiliar with optimization techniques (both in file weight and perceived/ actual rendering speed) , unittesting & debugging techniques, dynamic content retrieval, state management, accessibilitytechniques, device- portability techniques, internationalization issues, and version control softwareAdded advantage - Java, Unix, Apache, JSON, XMLStrong command of the HTTP protocol and the latest web standardsAble to leverage advances in web technologies (HTML5, CSS3) to deliver innovative and pathbreaking productsAdded bonus for passionate hand coders who hate WSIWYG editors and enjoy writing lean, lightweight, standards- based markupAppreciates SEO and on page optimization techniques,
