Job Description

    Job Summary:Front End Web Developer with a deep understanding of React, Next.js, TypeScript, and statemanagement tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, adeep passion for web technologies, and the ability to create high-performance dashboards andadmin interfaces. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are always eager to stay atop thelatest web trends and technologies, wed love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:1) Design, develop, and maintain single page applications (SPAs) using React, Next.js, andTypeScript.2) Implement and manage state using Redux and the Redux Toolkit (RTK) with TypeScript.3) Collaborate with the UX/UI design teams to translate designs into responsive web interfaces.4) Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.5) Ensure that all web applications are highly performant, especially for dashboard and admininterfaces.6)Write clean, maintainable, and. reusable TypeScript code, ensuring that it adheres to bestpractices and coding standards.7) Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs and other web services.8) Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and other technical challenges.9) Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure applications are current and competitive.Basic Qualifications: 0-5 years of experience is preferred. Proven experience in React.js and/or Next.js development using TypeScript. Proficient in developing applications using TypeScript, with a deep understanding of type definitions, interfaces, and generics. Solid understanding of Redux and expertise in state management using TypeScript. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6). Knowledge of Web APIs and understanding of the Document Object Model (DOM). Demonstrated ability to create interfaces that work seamlessly across devices using tools or frameworks such as Flexbox, Grid, or any other relevant tool. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Knowledge of branching strategies and workflows like Gitflow. Demonstrated experience in building high-performance web applications. Ensure web applications run smoothly across different browsers, including Chrome, Firefox,Safari, and Edge.Preferred Qualifications:1) Experience with building tools like Web pack, Babel, Vite and others.2) Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks and libraries like Jest, React Testing Library, orCypress.3) Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.4) Experience with web animations using CSS or JavaScript libraries like GSAP or Framer Motion.5) Experience integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs with TypeScript.6) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.7) Experience with or knowledge of component library development using TypeScript or tools like Storybook with TypeScript integration.8) Awareness of emerging state management solutions or patterns beyond Redux.Familiarity with component libraries like MUI (Material-UI), Adobe Spectrum, Chakra UI, andothers.Soft Skills:1) Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.2) Experience working in cross-functional teams and understanding of Agile methodologies likeScrum or Kanban.3) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.4) A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Industry Museums & InstitutionsEmployment TypeFull Time,
