Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: - Oversee the pre opening operations including team building and setting up the operations - set revenue targets set for the resort and achieve the same - Regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments to keep track of their performance. - Overseeing and managing all departments to ensure every employee perform satisfactory - Ensure complete compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOP- s, policies, procedures and service standards. - Ensure minimum 20 man hours training in a month per staff member - Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment. Ensure that there is no guest inconvenience during such projects. - Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures. Meeting majority of guests during their stay at the hotel. - Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotels annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.Interested applicants are required to send their resume to: hidden_email
