Responsible for all Brand plans and activities all publications of the group. Define and develop the brands in the Group, with a team of Brand Managers. Track the brand health of all brands by regularly tracking revenues and distribution system, and working with teams responsible for the same. Plan and monitor market research with specific reference to business development and brand health. Plan and organize Reader promotional plans, contests and interactive programs to enhance and reinforce the brand image with the team. Responsible for all Editorial co-ordination and planning, especially for the major Impact reportage, and maintaining brand parameters. Work on product development through addition of utility drivers and track their brand health,
