Job Description

    Industrybuying.com is looking for freshers and recent graduates who are passionate about digital marketing and looking to make their mark in the field.Job descriptionOne would be responsible for the following responsibilites and provided on the job training for the same:-Online Reputation Management:- Enhancing and building the organization s online reputation.-Monitor, connect, converse, engage and enhance the brands online reputation.-Actively monitor and review user comments, reviews, suggestions, feedback and complaints across social handles and platforms manually and using the related tools wherever possible.-Create email marketing campaigns to promote both products or services-End-to-end work of email marketing strategy - email calendar & strategy planning, discount strategy, creation, execution, tracking, reporting of email marketing campaigns including bounce logs.-Troubleshoot and collaborate to find solutions to deliverability issues as they arise-Manage. customer database with various segments and relevant attributes and make sure that email lists are up-to-date with valid email addresses.-Ensure IP addresses are warmed up and domain reputation remain in the good slab-Monitor overall deliverability rates across all users and IPs - responsible for open/click/bounce rates and ROI-Build a connection on social networking sites or various input forms for lead generation-Ensure prompt and accurate communication via email to minimize unsubscribes-Co-ordinate between creative designer and content writer to finalise mobile friendly campaigns-Plan email personalization to the deepest levels to maximize customer LTV and experience.-Plan the customer journey, customer lifecycle, understanding customer behavior and executing campaigns/engagement programs to improve retention-Understand different customer cohorts (new vs. repeat, broken down by source, locations, offers vs. non-offers, categories bought etc. ) and behavior across platforms- research and implement new methods of abuse detection, prevention and spam controlling-Analyze website data, conduct tests for opportunities in improvement of conversion and analyze test results and functionality of all current and future websites and adjust strategies to deliver maximum return on investment.-Analyze user behavior across all the devices (Desktop/Mobile/App) and channels (Google/email/Organic/Direct etc.) in order to setup various user segments for marketing.-Measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns by leveraging A/B and/or multivariate testing to refine performance over time.-Present analytical findings to upper management and other departments to measure initiatives, provide business insights, and improve results.Required Candidate profile-Graduate from tier I/tier II with excellent academic record.-Proven track record of running successful email marketing campaigns for eCommerce platforms to promote both products and services.-Exposure to Advanced Google Analytics, Firebase, Google cloud platform, Adwords, and other google products.-Knowledge of Google Analytics - Custom dimension & metric creation, attribution-modelling, cohort-analysis and goal-funneling.Their company has offices in Delhi.
