Job Description

    A guest relation executive (GRE) isa member of the front office team at a hospitality establishment who is responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasant experience:
      • Welcoming guestsGREs greet guests upon arrival and check them in. They may also review arrival lists and welcome special guests.
      • Providing informationGREs provide guests with information about the hotels amenities, areas, and venues.They may also be familiar with local attractions and events.
    • Handling guest inquiriesGREs answer questions from guests, including VIPs.They may also address guest complaints and manage them according to established procedures.
