Job Description

Head Marketing QUALIFICATION CRITERIA Preference would be given to somebody who has already worked in solar industry and has an experience in marketing of solar PV systems and products. Experience: 3 - 5 years with MBA in marketing from a reputed university. Should have a very good understanding of the solar market and its dynamics. Should have a good understanding of how the market and various customer segments works. Should have good communications skills (written and verbal) , leadership abilities and a good vision. Should be willing to travel. Software skills: MS Office KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for recruiting , managing marketing team. Establish a sales network with PV system integrators and BoS component dealers / distributors. Dealer / distributor management. Responsible for formation of an effective marketing plan for promotion of the company. Responsible for interaction with architects , builders and solar project consultants,
