Job description Educational Qualificationsa) Qualifications Minimum Qualification required: Bachelors in technology Qualifications preferred: B.Tech computer scienceb) Work Experience && skills preferred Minimum 15+ years of experience Technology along with Finance/Banking/Insurance && Business Intelligence + Analytics/Data Analyst Expert knowledge in cloud technologies, Services && tools (Preferably AWS and GCP) Proven Experience in Data Warehousing (Design && Modelling)/Data Marts/ETL && Reporting/VisualizationsExperience building end to end architecture design of large-scale analytical platform Experience in performing R&&Ds for implementing solution on new platforms/technologies Exposure to complete Software/Application Development Life Cycle involving Coding, Designing, Testing,Implementation and Maintenance Proficient in Data Analysis and reconciliation Capturing data patterns and complex data behaviors Should be able to Articulate Business requirements into Functional Requirements, and functional intoTechnical requirements Well versed with dimensional Modelling Good to have - Result Oriented, Confident, Quick learner, Self-motivated, flexible and dedicated tosuccessful project completion and company goals achievementPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Existing Data Lake and Analytical SupportProvide Athena and Data Lake Support to Business Users Drive job monitoring and performance tuning (reduce resource consumption or to reduce the elapsedtime for an operation to complete) Establish role-based access control over data on data lake Identify key gaps and issues in the existing infrastructure Control cost of Existing Set up (Athena)2. Process Enhancements Build any new enhancements required by business users Add new data flow integrations to the existing flow Deploy new enhancements w.r.t. process improvement3. Build/Implement New Enterprise level Analytical Platform Prepare DataWarehouse architecture && Design Document requirements and methodologies Do Data Analysis, design && Modelling Lead/support Development && End to End integration by vendor team Implement Integration && Data Testing Lead Enterprise level Deployment of the new platform Do Historical Data Migration to the New platform Build New Reports/Visualizations/Analytics deck and business initiatives on the new platform Migrate existing business processes and schedules on the new platform.4. Vendor EngagementEngage with multiple vendors for partnership on Implementation of the project Lead a team of Data Modeler, Data Engineer && Developers Do cost estimations && proposal negotiations Evaluate vendor capabilities && how they can add value to organization Review performance based on the deadlines. Review and maintain vendor calendar5. Business EngagementEngage wit business stakeholders to understand their respective Data needs and Use cases Engage with Upper Management to analyze and review architecture && Design plan Engage with Business stakeholders to support their current data needs and resolve issues if any Engage with Business stakeholders for collate/gather different requirements6. R&&D over New Cloud Services Perform R&&Ds over new cloud services and set ups to install/implement best technical tools fulfilling alluser requirements Plan and implement various proof of concepts
