Job Description

Communication Coach job opportunity in Delhi with a consultancy for a professional holding at least 1+ year of experience. You will use your experience in soft skills, communication standards.   • Facilitating Soft skills training-Need identification, Communication training, solutions etc.
  • Reviewing and researching existing content to come up with innovative changes.
  • Training project teams on Grammar, Pronunciation, Culture, Customer Service and other aspects of Soft Skills and Communication skills
  • Conducting 1 X1 feedback and coaching sessions
  • Developing Coaching plans on audit findings for individual level
  • Collaborating with Calibration sessions on soft skills, communication standards / framework
  • Conducting Soft Skills Interviews / screening
Requirements:
  • Full time Graduate / Post Graduate.
  • Should be able to identify critical path and plan for meeting the same
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Should be Customer & Business orientation
  • Expertise in English language, V&A & Grammar, Co-ordination skills
  • Should be ready to stand-in for other team members in case of a need.
