Job Title Consultant Roles & Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for delivering consulting and training services to QAIs clients worldwide. Will be responsible for delivery excellence. Bring add- on business from existing business accounts and lead generation. Contribute to organizational technical leadership through articles, white papers, case studies etc. Provide support to business development team as required. When not at client he / she will be required to drive internal projects. Skills Required 6- 10 years of work experience Strong in Quality and process concepts. Exposure to CMMI for Services (SVC) and CMMI for Development (DEV) implementation is necessary. Should have worked in a CMMI Maturity Level 4 or Maturity Level 5 organization as part of quality team as part of SEPG team for large or mid- size IT organization as part of Software/ Systems Engineering Process Group of an organization Good knowledge of statistical techniques and metrics is must. Knowledge of tools like Crystal ball, Minitab, Process modeling, Advanced MS Excel required and familiarity with hands on consulting using these tools. Multiple client consulting experience preferred. Preferably participated as an Appraisal Team Member (ATM) in a CMMI audit/ appraisal. Development/ project work experience / background is preferred.
